If you are looking for a class with non-stop sweating for 45 minutes, this is the class for you! You will burn about 1,000 calories per class. Classes are co-ed and consist of cardio workout intervals, circuit training, heavy bag work, core training, and our staff's personalized training skills to help you get in shape and reach your personal training goals. Classes are approximately 45 minutes in length and is fun and challenging never being the same
class twice. Our program is great for self-defense, weight loss, raising your self- confidence,
relieving stress, or just for trying out something new and fun!
