This program will shock your body with intense training that includes both cardio and strength training along with suspension TRX training, kettlebells, resistance band training and more. This program includes 10 basic elements of fitness; agility, balance, speed, power, accuracy, stamina, coordination, flexibility, strength and cardio. If you like quick paced workouts and intense circuit training including uncommon movements and exercises to build your body from the inside out, this class is for you. The variety of exercises and equipment will make everyday a new challenge!!! Our " Fight Fit" Classes Have A Max Capacity Of 12-14 Students. So All Students Once Members Will Log-In And Sign Up For Future Classes They Want To Attend Each Week !
