FRANK SAVANNAH

INDUCTED INTO NJ BOXING HALL OF FAME 2013

1991 National Golden Gloves Champion

62-8 Amateur Boxing Record

15-1-1 Professional Boxing Record

The head boxing coach at the academy is
legendary Jersey Shore pugilist Frank Savannah,
who also hails from Brick. Savannah was a USA national team member and also was a national Golden Gloves middleweight champ before amassing a 15-1 pro record. Frank is also the boxing coach of UFC middleweight Nick Catone. Also teaching boxing classes is former competitive amateur boxer, Paul Criscuolo who amassed a 54-1 career record and was trained by USA Oylmpic boxing team coach, Franklin LaValle.

The class includes a warm-up, technical training, and some pad or bag work with some conditioning drills mixed in throughout the class. This class is a great cardio-vascular workout for men, women & teens and it is a fun and challenging class. Great for self-defense, weight loss, raising your confidence, relieving stress, or just for trying something fun and new. Boxing is offered 6 days a week. Monday & Wednesday's at 7:30pm, Tuesdays & Thursday's at 5pm, Friday's 6:30pm (open) and Saturday's at 10:30am. We also offer (invite only) sparring classes for experienced students and our amateur boxers. Stop in the office to speak with coach Nick to see what
the sparring requirements are.
