The Head Boxing Coach at the Academy is legendary Jersey Shore pugilist Frank Savannah, who also hails from Brick. Savannah was a U.S.A. National Team Member and also was a National Golden Gloves Middleweight champ before amassing and 15-1 pro record. Frank is also the boxing coach of UFC Middleweight Nick Catone. Also teaching Boxing Classes is former competitive amateur boxer Paul Criscuolo who amassed a 54-1 career record and was trained by USA Oylmpic Boxing Team coach Franklin LaValle.
The class includes a warm-up, technical training, and some pad or bag work with some conditioning drills mixed in throughout the class. This class is a great cardio-vascular workout for men, women & teens and it is a fun and challenging class. Great for self-defense, weight loss, raising your confidence, relieving stress, or just for trying something fun and new.
